Returns of unworn footwear in original packaging with original receipt will be refunded if request is made within 4 days of receipt of order. Please email request to Great Strides at [email protected]. A return authorization (RA) number will be issued via return email and must be included on the outside of the returned item. In order to receive a refund, the package must be received no more than 10 days after the RA number has been issued. If this is a size exchange, please specify in the email and if the requested size is available, it will be held for you until returned item is received.
Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender. Refunds will be credited in the manner in which payment was made. Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items and the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Handbags, Accessories and any Sale Items are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
